As true Local Opportunity Investors, Capital LOI specializes in a unique form of investment and social development programs, structured in a uniquely South African way, for unique South African business conditions.
We provide social performance services aimed at empowering communities to become self sufficient. We serve corporate customers, SOE’s, Non-Profit and Community-based Organizations who have an appetite to do project-based-business with deserving local SMME’s and design and implement sustainable socio-economic development or CSI programs.
We offer capital beyond the mere financial, in a way that’s truly nurtures local opportunity for all.
OUR AIM
Our aim is to invest in deserving local opportunity, not only financially, but more so into the development of skills and business acumen required by an SMME and ordinary community members to deliver on future projects, as well.
We strive for small business and community independence and sustainability, which is why we facilitate an SMME’s first big business interactions, training and guiding them through an often difficult and complicated process, so that they emerge better off than when they started.
